We offer standard and express shipping. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Express shipping is available for faster delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY?

Because our products are designed to be worn in the hair, we cannot except returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us  at info@hollywoodmanestays.com within 5 business days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.
